Class rules

Please follow these rules to help create a respectful, productive, and enjoyable learning environment for everyone.

Student Rules

  1. Mobile phones must be on silent mode during the lecture. Urgent calls may be taken outside the classroom.

  2. Students may arrive late for a maximum of 30 minutes, up to two times only during the course. A third late arrival will be counted as an absence, and the student must continue the course at their own expense.

  3. If a student misses more than two classes, the course will be canceled. The student may retake the course at their own expense and will not be eligible to sit for the exam.

  4. Attendance rules apply to both online and offline students. Prior notification is required for any absence.

  5. Please keep the classroom clean, organized, and tidy.

  6. Treat teachers, staff, and fellow students with respect at all times. Any complaints should be directed to the administration.

  7. Smoking, food, and snacks are not allowed inside the classroom.

  8. English is the only language permitted in the classroom.

  9. Making language mistakes is part of learning — mistakes are welcome.

  10. The passing score is 70%, based on exam results and attendance.

  11. Course fees must be paid in full before attending any class.

  12. Installment payments:

  • Two-level courses: 50% + 50% within one month

  • Four-level courses: 70% + 30% within two months

  1. Installment payments must be made on the agreed dates, at the beginning of each month.

  2. Students are not allowed to attend classes without the official course material (book).

  3. Students must maintain enrollment from the first session to the final registered session.

Academy Rules

  • The academy allows students to retake a course at its own expense if the student has attended regularly, completed tasks and exams, and still did not benefit. This applies for up to three retakes.

  • If the student does not benefit after three retakes, the full course fee will be refunded.

  • The academy is committed to reviewing and resolving complaints or suggestions from students or staff within 72 hours.

  • Complaints and suggestions are handled by administration, customer service, and the branch manager when necessary.

  • The academy commits to providing scheduled classes and qualified teachers for both online and offline courses.

  • Required course materials will be provided to students.

  • Classes will be rescheduled in case of official holidays or academy-initiated cancellations.

  • Exams are provided after each level for students who meet attendance requirements.

  • Classes will start and end on time as previously agreed with students.
